Are you ready to have fun with Diana, dance and workout your body at the same time?
This course will combine cardio swing dancing with body core exercises to strengthen your dancing skills and muscles. It will consist of short medium/high tempo dancing periods followed by short workout series.
The class will start with an easy going warm up to get you in the mood and it will finish with a relaxing stretching to keep you flexible and healthy.
You will need:
- positive energy
- ~2mx2m floor space
- comfortable shoes or sneakers
- comfortable clothes and a mat (or a towel) to do exercises on the floor.
