Course Description
SoCal Lindy (sometimes referred to as "Smooth style" or "LA style") combines a certain kind of counterbalance and a Bal-swing propensity to rotate to create a novel look and feel within Lindy Hop. You can see examples of this in Blake's own Dean & Jewel compilation.
Learn some new "twists" on classic moves and connection technique that'll leave you starry-eyed and craving more!
Prerequisite: comfortable doing typical 6-count basics (tuck turn, send out, pass-by) and swing outs and circles at at least 150 BPM.
Your Lindy Hop dancing/class level is Intermediate-Advanced/Advanced.
